After traveling for two days, 17 children from the Hen Isa arrive at the Couth-West Queensland to play the footy.
They traveled more than 1.100km every way – more than any of the other 58 teams in the carnival.
“We don’t have a lot of home games, so the carnives are the way these boys get to play some footy,” Team Wilsie Wilson Manager said.

She said the team also has headed to the carnives in Sarina, Townville and MacKay this year.
The journey of the 2,400km to the trip to Mackay by Mount Isa takes over 25 hours.
“It’s a lot of trip … Even the coach works from Dajarra’s every week for training, which is a 300 km,” Wilans said.
“Without our employers would be a few thousand dollars per child to try the cost of cooking and so, so it’s $ 400 each.”

Redcliffe Rugby League Rugby Rugby is one of the largest junior clubs that regularly attend carnival.
The junior choreway coordinator coordinator goulding told that by the 46 players, The parents, sports trainers, coach, the team managers and league security representatives traveled to the event.

Mr. Goldding said the club had been competed to Challeville for a dozen.

Nunzileer Russeller McDonald said he loved the opportunity to take part in the sport with their children with their children.
“It’s nice crazy in my house. I’ll have my kids in foot every single night,” he said.
“It’s a solid 20 hours a week, if no more.”
Mr McDonald said he didn’t think too much of what financially invest in the sport.
“It’s probably more expensive but everything’s at the same time and worth it,” he said.
